Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using this website or purchasing services from JND WebServices, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Services

We provide website design, development, SEO, maintenance, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are described in a written proposal or invoice for each engagement.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• One-time project fees are due as invoiced (typically 50% to begin, balance on launch, unless otherwise agreed).
• Subscription plans (Care, SEO retainers) renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• The $25 consultation deposit is refundable if the call doesn't happen, or credited toward your project if you hire us.

4. Refunds

Because our work is time-based, completed work is non-refundable. If we haven't started a project or a milestone, we'll refund that portion. Contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

5. Ownership

You own the final deliverables (design files, code, content) once paid in full. We may display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, brand assets, and timely feedback. You confirm you own or are licensed to use anything you send us.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.
